You can delete your account in the CONVOY app under Settings, Account and security. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email below. We will verify account ownership before acting.

Request account deletion
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your CONVOY account. Tell us you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Do not send a password or verification code. We will verify ownership and handle the request.
