Your account

You can reset your password or permanently delete your account on our account page. In the app, open Settings → Account and security → Delete my account. You will need your current password.

Report a problem

Include your app version, device model and a short description of what happened. For a crew concern, include the ride code and approximate time. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. You can leave a crew or voice call immediately from its controls.

Location and navigation

Check that location services and precise location are enabled for CONVOY. Background permission keeps an active trip updated when your screen is locked. Satellite reception can be weak in tunnels; any estimated position is an aid, not a measured GPS fix. Follow road signs and conditions.

Parking and road reports

Parking is optional. Swipe up the route menu to see compatible areas for your vehicle. Mapped spaces do not guarantee vacancies or access at a particular entrance. Incident coverage and lane information vary by road, and journey estimates currently exclude live traffic delays.

Privacy and safety

Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Ending or leaving a ride stops location sharing. Crew signals do not contact emergency services; use your local emergency number when you need urgent help.
